Faculty have begun loading (to Google) a PD portfolio, accessible to their immediate supervisor and Campus Head;

Currently, there is a process in place with Mr. Nammack, Mr. Valentine, and campus administrators to facilitate the assigning each faculty member to an administrator at the campus-level for the 2019-2020 school year.

This committee is meeting to generate content toward achieving this goal.

Committee members were asked to begin formulating ideas that could be incorporated into final recommendations.  After sharing those ideas, Committee members were able to group them into four categories:

• Search and sourcing of teachers of color

• Professional support
• Financial incentives and benefits

The Committee developed 3-4 strategies in each of these areas and will derive its final recommendations from that content.

The committee discussed how best to utilize the efforts of faculty/staff that already exist to identify these leaders and give us ideas on where to start. For every discipline, pedagogy, and aspect of school life there are hundreds of potential connections. Why not start by investigating those leaders who come recommended by the leaders within our community? We ultimately began the process of developing a brief survey that can pool this information from faculty leaders in the areas of focus the school (and Strategic Plan) have demonstrated as key components of the transformative education 线上买球app下载（中国）有限公司 offers - Multicultural Education, Education Technology, STE(A)M, Global Education, and by discipline. The hope is that information serves as a launching point for sub-committee research in the next phase of this team.
